I tried to get the file manually, but it does not exist. Thanks for advice/suggestions/comments. It definitely does exist at the above url. Since you seem to be having DNS issues, try putting 63.245.209.137 ftp.mozilla.org in your /etc/hosts file and try fetching again, since that's what ftp.mozilla.org currently resolves to.
