As mentioned, tcpdump(1) is the closest to solaris snoop on FreeBSD.

Another useful tool - not too bulky - is trafshow which can be found in
ports:

/usr/ports/net/trafshow

tcpdump(1) It's not exactly the same as snoop, but it does the same
job.  Comes with the system as standard.

Tcpdump is similar, see if it does what you need.
