You can post at http://sortons.net/forum/viewtopic.php?id=2993 about this pub : he abuses with a lot of things (musicians, free magazines ...) but uses your logo to promote his events. If your logo is not copyrighted, no problem. If yes, post on our website : we plan to stop it with his several abuses. You can post in english, we'll translate. Sincerly. The image of Beastie is copyrighted by the artist who created it, not by the FreeBSD Foundation. Of course, it's protected either way, but it's up to the copyright holder to pursue for infringement.
