Recently I've had an unusually high amount of 'interrupt' cpu usage. I stopped all my jails so the box is for the most part idle. Anything plugged into USB if so try removing it as uhci1 is clearly your issue. I do not use usb at all on this paticular server. The only ones on it are the 2-4 onboard ones. Removing uhci from my kernel fixed this issue. Thank you.
