This is not correct unless it's the first time and you have never imported the pool again. Some recent changes to ZFS mounting code may have relieved the requirement of keeping zpool.cache but I have not tested it myself. Regenerate the zpool.cache with: zpool set cachefile=/mnt/boot/zfs/zpool.cache zdell Then sync; sleep 5; sync; then reboot. -BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE- iQEcBAEBCAAGBQJRJEe6AAoJEG80Jeu8UPuziI0H+gLLrpAtVyzZZglkBbuntFOJ CRJJiqpYo1ogTSjIVRAQJKDqg95QTXJfmlCep31LZWGohcENuQLNzvkXyKlC5qVX h0ROkvqXJ2yli8poH9bydXHfdvF9YuCUHxWnMDTEcRMk4ztLoCvi4DgGArPrdKSV 3cnIJaLXGcAKWqaD39DN+L61I/Db4C9hGANj9FYd4vkTQ9apmfunLEJDSkXOiFNA hr3ttVaG/2ZdC3EgaNSKBZGNAE3IzcU1s2OpO2bNIemgT3qRkR9ZpPm8NmFujy+q OSjzIy+MjQR0mIRSdXlZsjAZv39mkdzoflTNp1QDxJHj1h372mRFAFiVnxrj/ZI= =Bv01 -END PGP SIGNATURE- ___ freebsd-stable@freebsd.org mailing list http://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-stable To unsubscribe, send any mail to "freebsd-stable-unsubscr...@freebsd.org"

I suppose I don't need a fstab, since I used the non-legacy plan, as shown in the RootOnZFS/9.0-RELEASE wiki page.
