support for either device.

Both devices use Ralink RT3070 chipset, which are apparently supported by 
run(4) driver, as stated in the man page.
Am I missing something obvious?

Looked at sys/dev/usb/wlan/if_run.c

I don't see a TP-LINK in there ... you may be able to get away with
adding it.
