I'm not aware of any ongoing work on this.  Most of the places where FreeBSD is
being used with Xen don't use live migration.


I use live migration so that I can upgrade hardware or do maintenance 
without needing to shut down VMs.  Xen + DRBD makes for a nice little 
cloud setup.
