I've been unable to reproduce the reported problem, and the reporter did not
reply.

I'm closing this as it seems to not be a problem with the current ports tree.

The documentation for the plugin
http://docs.xfce.org/apps/screenshooter/panel-plugin says " You can configure
how screenshots are taken by right clicking on the plugin and selecting
Properties. A preferences dialog similar to the dialog of the main application
will appear. Please have a look above for the different preferences. " 

No Preferences item or dialog appears when the plugin is right-clicked
