Details:

Well the error was pretty basic one - it was encoding error for example
instead of "ā" was written "â" or instead of "ē" was written "ç", so I
fixed all those errors (file is included in attachment)

Probably the error occurred by changing from ASCII (latvian) to ASCII (us)
then to "UTF-8" :)

P.S. I also included a female ruler "Vaira-Vīķe Freiberga", "Female" :)

P.P.S. I set the Priority to "4" - because you can include it without any
problems - as it is fixed by me already. :)
