Details:

Mac OS 10.6.2, GTK+ 2.18.2.

The inputline toolkit colors should have some reasonable default values.

At the moment it seems they start out as 'null', making the Color button
having no effect whatsoever from the outset while the foreground and
background buttons appear broken since they have no icons.

I suggest these default values: fg=#ff bg=#00
