This has probably been caused by broken builds of imageMagick (I know that
crosser had ImageMagick badly built, probably also OE). Will test properly
with current crosser version before 2.6.0 release.

Due to build bugs in other components, I've now not been able to make
OpenEmbedded build where freeciv uses ImageMagick, so I've had no environment
to reproduce this. Will try again, but in any case won't rush fix to 2.5.1

Details:

Friend of mine has reported that Freeciv Crosser-build with Imagemagick
included crashes on some postscript related dll when mapimg is being used.

I'm 2.4.0-RC1 mapimg on OpenEmbedded build with ImageMagick. That build of
ImageMagick has no postscript delegate built in and attempt to save mapimg
results in (among other errors/warnings):
freeciv-server: PostScriptDelegateFailed
