Changed all separators to DIR_SEPARATOR.
Also added replacement to separators in stylesheet which has to be in unix
style.

Follow-up Comment #1, bug #25228 (project freeciv):

Your patch makes the complete path (including path to datadir) to use mixture
of DIR_SEPARATOR and QDir::separator(). It would probably be better to use
DIR_SEPARATOR everywhere.

Details:

It loads default one somehow, but without images.
Doesnt see any themes. Probably something wrong with separtors.
I wonder if QDir::separator() returns correct value.
