Details:
Handle even transported units if the transport is owned by someone else,
instead of expecting the transport handling to take care of us (cargo).
I needed this as a prereq for another bugfix in functionality between AI
players, but this should also help with the problem human players have been
complaining that once unit of allied AI player happens to enter their ferry,
it will never leave.
