Re: [Freeciv-Dev] (PR#39961) Open diplomacy tabs from previous turns have wrong data during current turns
URL: http://bugs.freeciv.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=39961 Sorry to hear that, i kinda liked having them around to remind me during all the micro-managing of world domination, if they just disapear every turn i'd forget what the AI was planning to do to me... That's why i kinda wanted a refresh of Tabs more than the Tabs to go away, but i trust you guys know best what to do, anyhow, just my 2bits. There is little need for it to be backward-compatible even among the same version of freeciv I think. [Freeciv-Dev] (PR#39961) Open diplomacy tabs from previous turns have wrong data during current turns
URL: http://bugs.freeciv.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=39961 I agree that these dialogs should be automatically closed on turn end, and that it's a bug that they aren't updated. But there's more to the problem than just closing them. Cities, gold, and treaty status can change mid-turn and it is a bug that this isn't updated. This may not be fixable (actually for cities and gold it should be easy, for treaty status not so much) but that doesn't make it right. -jason ___ Freeciv-dev mailing list Freeciv-dev@gna.org https://mail.gna.org/listinfo/freeciv-dev

My mistake, I misread - the above reply is about the HACK test code, not the auth code. About the auth code, I don't see why it's needed outside of pubserver. If pubserver is replaced universally with GGZ then it could be dropped completely. -jason ___ Freeciv-dev mailing list Freeciv-dev@gna.org https://mail.gna.org/listinfo/freeciv-dev
