I haven't seen anything on the developer list recently, so I thought I'd give an update. Yes, FreeDOS Edlin 2.14 has been released to an unsuspecting world! I made a small change to the catgets routines, so I'd thought I'd make a new release. It's on Sourceforge at the usual location for this stuff, and should be mirrored along with versions 2.12, 2.12a, and 2.13 when someone wakes up at FreeDOS headquarters.
FreeDOS Edlin is the lynch-pin of the FreeDOS operating system. Without it, none of the other programs in the Base group would work, including the kernel. Really.
