Recently ISP has placed the users behind NAT and now users have grey IP

established, ping - is present, but TCP connection can not be established:
lynx and arachne do not load any web pages.

 Advices are welcome.

 What is NAT ?
From what you said only, it seems the problem is in WATTCP.

(At least this is what I generally see it referring to)
Network Address Translation, commonly seen in home/small office type
broadband router/switches [e.g. Linksys, Dlink, Netgear, Belkin
products], it allows multiple (usually private) IP address to masquerade
as a single (usually public) IP address by mapping the outgoing/incoming
ports to appropriate computer.

As for the actual problem, I have no idea, been far too many years since
I setup dialup, so all I remember is once connected, authentication had
to occur to allow general IP traffic.

Does this mean it is not used in direct dial-up connection (local client
to ISP server), but only to connect through a network (local client to local
server, local server to ISP server) ? If yes, I cannot help, for I never
tried this.
I use, however, DOSPPP almost daily to connect to my ISP and did configure
a dial-up a few weeks ago. DOSPPP does authenticate with my ISP without any
problem. Arachne, however, did not work for me.

Assuming you are asking what you appear to be asking, the HIMEM option
/METHOD:value will allow you to force the exact A20 method you want to
use. /METHOD:ALWAYSON effectively relinquishes HIMEM's control of the A20
line by assuming the computer always leaves A20 on. If it doesn't, you're
on your own for making things work properly. HIMEM is fairly intelligent
about auto-selecting the correct method anyway.
