For anyone who's interested, the answer is yes, it can be done. Thanks to the original Motto Hairu drivers (Usbaspi.sys and di1000dd.sys), just loaded into fdconfig.sys, at least my USB key was correctly recognized. I was capable both to read and to write on that with no evident flaws.
