[Freesurfer] lopsided hemisphere
Hello, I have encountered a lopsided hemisphere when analysing the data. What procedure do i need to employ to fix the problem? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Re: [Freesurfer] bad file conversion
Hi Bruce, i used a T1.nii file at the beginning and performed the standard recon-all to convert the file just like i did with the rest of them. I deleted the file and run it again but it still produced the same results using this method. Hello, i have been trying to regenerate the surface on one of my subjects but keep having a problem where the terminal is saying there is a missing file name. Do you have any suggestions please? Hello i am trying to access the data files in 3D but i am having problems opening the files using the command syntax given on the website.
