Re: [Freesurfer] Applying two registration matrices

2014-01-21 Thread Douglas N Greve

Multiply the matrices together to create a new registration matrix. Run
tkregister2 to make sure the combination actually works, then use the
new matrix as you would any other registration

 Hi Freesurfer Experts,
I was wondering what the best way to apply two registration matrices

Re: [Freesurfer] Applying two registration matrices

2014-01-21 Thread Martin Reuter

Hi Caspar,

if you have them in lta format, you can use
mri_concatenate_lta to concatenate the transformations and then apply
the final transform.

I also created a program lta_convert to convert between different
formats (but it is only in our dev version, not 5.3, let us know if you
need that).

Best, Martin
