The horizontal strokes are disconnected, and the left half of the horizontal strokes are not flat. I will check, although yet I'm not familiar with auto bold synthesis code. Thanks for confirmation. Let me know if want bug report for this. In between i will also check if it was working with any earlier version of freetype.
