Minimalist is a chrome extensions that uses a mix of css, javascript and
html to change the looks of a page. It is keyed on a regex on the page
URL, so only works on specific pages, not all of them.

It started as a specific Gmail and Greader extension, but then the author
discovered it was fairly easily generalized.

Its main use is "hiding" things from the target page. My Gmail page, for
example is quite highly simplified.

In the case of the annoying phishing warnings, I added a custom css
fragment via Minimalist's "add module" facility. The fragment was simply:

.ac7, .ac9 {
display: none;
}

.. which simply removes the two css classes ac7 and ac9 which are the divs
for the phishing warnings. I found these by using the browser developer
tools that highlight parts of a page when you hover over its html fragment
in the developer's console.

The main downside is that 1) the new generalized Minimalist is in beta ..
but seems fine, 2) pages change and Google in particular is trying to
migrate slowly to a common look, with G+ leading the way .. and meaning
your changes may have to change over time.

Admittedly this is a bit extreme, but I've been fascinated with Minimalist
and wondered if it could handle our small annoyance, and surprise! .. it
could.

Bump. .. but I thought I'd let folks know that I've gotten rid of these
annoying phishing on my system. As mentioned before, simply not using
gmail's UI will do it, just use gmail as any other IMAP system.

Naturally it'd be best to use a sys-admin solution. But the solution I've
started to use is Minimalist, a fantastic chrome extension
  http://goo.gl/xVtuu
.. which has now been generalized so that it can be used to "minimize"
*any* web page!

So if you'd like to amplify your use of web apps, especially in the google
ecology, I highly recommend this.

The snippet I used was:
.ac7, .ac9 {
display: none;
}
.. but you have to know a bit how minimalist works to install this into the
gmail module. Let me know if you're interested.

which seems to be forwarding the FRIAM / Redfish mails, and which

Interesting to see how these smart guys from google resemble dogs barking at
his own shadow. Each one of my mail accounts and my own domains are
centralized in gmail. I always send mail from gmail. I don`t use Outlook nor
Kmail, etc. It is hard to understand that gmail can't authenticate mail sent
from their own servers. "Están en la olla, están fregados, están jodidos,
están chiflados", if google software doesn't understand headers generated
by google software.
