FvwmProxy bug

Hello,

This minor patch fixes issue with not working window proxy groups when
FvwmProxy module compiled with PROXY_GROUP_DEBUG directive set to False.

 I am happy to update the documentation to reflect s/fvwm/FVWM/g in

And I'm happy if you *don't* do it just in context.  I've spent
many hours to have consistent spelling all over the place.

 You're angry -- so I will let some of your points go without rising to
 the challenge.
