I pushed the on/off button
I got no bong
just a Dark screen, the HDD spun up, I forgot to mention
that the HDD blankly spun up, ( no disk activity)

normally when the Mac starts up ,the disk spin up, and there's disk
activity.

I agree but I couldn't hear mine. The fan came on hard for a few
seconds and that was it. Quite the odd situation.

If it was mine I would start looking for dirty or loose connections.

It is possible the HD is just worn out and given up or that it has been
 dropped.

You might find what the green light means online.

The screen remaining totally dark may indicate other serious problems.

How is the mobo battery? Not the main battery but the one for the NVRAM?

Thank you for the advice

Not good, no bong no beeps can indicate logic board issues.

the green light, between F5 and F6 lights up when I press the on/

HDD is spinning but the screen remains dark.

It's possible that the power manager is thoroughly confused. Follow
 the directions here http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1431

I read the link and pressed Shift+ctrl+opt+powerbutton

still nothing , but the spinning HDD (always), and the green light by
the F5 (some times)

My dead ibook was not dead, the video cable had broken. See if an
external monitor allows you to see if, or if you can see it through a
wireless network.
