G4 won't boot from the HD
My son's G4 won't boot from the HD. I opened it in target mode and used Disk Utility. These are the messages I am getting: Under Verify and Repair Invalid sibling link Volume check failed "The underlying task reported failure on exit" What would be my next steps without erasing the HD? Thank you so much! Dave Nelson P.S. I cannot mount the drive when in target mode and in the Disk Utility the HD is grayed out. --~--~-~--~~~---~--~~ You received this message because you are subscribed Low End Mac's G3-5 List, a group for those using G3, G4, and G5 desktop Macs - with a particular focus on Power Macs.
