Try installing the Public Beta and then upgrading to 10.0.
This worked for me on a non-clone with a Sonnet G3.
Sent from a computer running either the SPARC, Itanium, or PowerPC
architecture.

 I checked the XPostFacto page just to jog my memory. I was right the
 Sonnet G3 cards for these machines fit in the L2 cache slot. As far as
 I know no one made any software so that they(The Sonnet G3 L2 cache
 upgrade) can run using OSX. If you still have the original 603 cpu you
 can run Mac OSX 10.0 - 10.2  . It would also have helped to know which
 clone you have however I think they all have this limit. Will S
 
 
The Machine is a Power Computing Power Base 180 It's supposed to be a 6400.

I have a Mac Clone 6400 type with a Sonnet G3 card 300MHz can I put  
OSX on it somehow. I have XPostFacto but it doesn't seem to respond.
