I have some recordings in my dvr that I need to transfer to one of my Macs (either a Quicksilver or a G5). DirectTV was not very helpful. Any suggestions would be welcomed. TIA. You are most likely out of luck. This is one of the reasons we switched to cable with a TiVo as the DVR. If you attach a DVD burner to the DirectTV DVR the resulting file should be useable.
