Hey Mark,

With workflows you can do this.  When you run a workflow that has at least one 
Input Dataset step, you can select multiple inputs.  While you can't do this 
in the standard tool form yet, you can always create a simple workflow with an 
Input Dataset step, and a single Tool Step.

Nope...Still only through the API can you access multiple, related files in a workflow...There is some ugly hack where you have to select the related files, and you need to hack some of the code, but if you are willing to do some editing of the source code, I believe there issomethingin this mailing list...I tried to look it up, but could no longer find it but maybe you have better luck...It is something about allowing for multiple inputsGood luck...(I can give you some api code if you need it, but I think I already sent it out to this list some time ago, so may also be in the archives...Look for me...ThonOn Jan 31, 2013, at 04:05 PM, mark.r...@syngenta.com wrote:HelloI’ve seen posts from a couple of years ago asking about galaxy’s ability to iterate over multiple files.
