[Audyssey] Sryth The Age of Igtheon
Hi Everyone, Its me Steve again sorry to keep bothering you all but I need to ask. I just bought my first weapon at Tallys Trading Post. My first question is how do I begin using this weapon? My second question is where do I get adventure tokens from? Thank you all very much for any help. Please feel free to email me at [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sincerely, Steve Cullen ___ Gamers mailing list .. Re: [Audyssey] Sryth The Age of Igtheon
You have to equip the weapon in the Items menu, just as you would any other weapon. As to where you get Adventurer Tokens, they're only available either from Proving Grounds contests, one of which just ended recently, from the occasional Adventurer's Guild rewards the GM gives from time to time, or from the Little Matter about an Orb quest in Hawklor, which can be accessed after completing the Caves of Westwold. You'll meet a guy on your way into the Stoneback Tavern who'll offer you an advance paymet of Adventurer Tokens for your services. Then if you click Adventures for this Location, there'll be a new adventure. But I wouldn't attempt that one until you have a fairly high melee rating, in the sixties at least. The enemies, which all seem to be insects of one kind or another, can be quite tough. And don't try the Giants adventures until you're fairly srong either. They're nothing to fool around with. - Original Message - From: Steve Cullen [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: Gamers@audyssey.org Sent: Tuesday, October 17, 2006 6:38 PM Subject: [Audyssey] Sryth The Age of Igtheon Hi Everyone, Its me Steve again sorry to keep bothering you all but I need to ask. Re: [Audyssey] Sryth The Age of Igtheon
All you need to do to use the weapon is equip it. Click the equip link above the weapon's name, and you'll be good to go. As for adventurer tokens, you can get them currently as part of one quest, and during the monthly proving grounds cinarios put up by the GM. - Original Message - From: Steve Cullen [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: Gamers@audyssey.org Sent: Tuesday, October 17, 2006 8:38 PM Subject: [Audyssey] Sryth The Age of Igtheon Hi Everyone, Its me Steve again sorry to keep bothering you all but I need to ask. [Audyssey] Moderator reminder was Question
Hi all, Just a friendly reminder to give your posts a better subject line. A very generic subject such as question, hello, etc is likely to be ignored by most listers that are looking for something specific. For example, let's say you are asking a question about Shades of Doom and give a subject called question. Most listers will most often pass up and delete the message because they don't have a good idea of what the post contains, and if they are like me with lots of email never even read it. However, if you say Shades of Doom Question then I am likely to stop and read it, send a reply, as I am a fan of that game, and know it quite well. ___ Gamers mailing list .. I think ask richard from audio games if I can send it to him and then he can upload it on his site. Or he should give me a place where I can upload it, because my e-mail program takes extremely long to send large a ttachments. so ask richard for a place where I can upload it to, then you can downloadit on his site. - Original Message - From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: gamers@audyssey.org Sent: Wednesday, October 18, 2006 8:58 PM Subject: Re: [Audyssey] Self Destruct Hi Nicol, I'm still waiting for the game, too... Re: [Audyssey] Sryth The Age of Igtheon
I suggest you get yourself a shield. You can get a pretty decent one for 20 tokens. Or, if you're set on getting a weapon, get the runed short sword. It's decent, and it has a special attack. Only get it though if it's better than what you're using. - Original Message - From: Ron Schamerhorn [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: Gamers Discussion list gamers@audyssey.org Sent: Wednesday, October 18, 2006 4:07 PM Subject: Re: [Audyssey] Sryth The Age of Igtheon Hi I too play Sryth, and even though I've presently got 20 Adventurer tokens I'm not sure if I should invest in a weapon or better armour. Hi Simon, I have tried several poker sites, some of them works better than the other. I have also contacted them but with no interest from them. Some of them are actually showing the cards as text but you cant take a seat at the table since you have to click on a graphic. I have tried clicking all graphics but with no luck. Some of them offers keyboard shortcuts for folding, raising and calling. Maybe some pokersite could be accessible with some scripts or simular. I'd really like to try them out since you have thousands of players there. Re: [Audyssey] playability of Playstation 2 games?
Yes, there are several PS2 games that are indeed playable. You may want to check out the gameplay demonstrations I have of Mortal Kombat Deception and Armageddon, as both of those games are very playable. Most fighting games and sports games can be played by the blind, and there are even a few outside those two genres that are accessible. I definitely recommend a PS2, or perhaps, just perhaps, a PS3. Heheh. - Original Message - From: Tom Randall [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: Blindgamers Gamers@audyssey.org Sent: Wednesday, October 18, 2006 7:54 PM Subject: [Audyssey] playability of Playstation 2 games? hi all. Some of them offers keyboard shortcuts for folding, raising and calling. Maybe some pokersite could be accessible with some scripts or simular. I'd really like to try them out since you have thousands of players there. Yes, but games like GTA vice city and so on are only slightly accessible. How 'bout games you can really succeed at playing? Ken Downey President DreamTechInteractive! one of the most accessible games I've come accross is the WWE smackdown series. I play them all the time because I'm a huge wrestling fan. NB: This email and its contents are subject to our email legal notice which can be viewed at http://www.sars.gov.za/Email_Disclaimer.pdf NO, I mean where can I upload it too? I explained to you that my e-mail program takes extremely long to send attachments. It will go quicker if I can upload the file, maybe using ftp explorer, to a server where you can download it. Where can I find a free ftp client and where can I upload the file to? -Original Message- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Robin Kipp Sent: 18 October 2006 09:54 PM To: gamers@audyssey.org Subject: Re: [Audyssey] SelfDestruct Hi Nicol, I have a FTP server where I can upload it. Re: [Audyssey] playability of Playstation 2 games?
Hello Brandon, Technically, there is a difference between playable and accessible. Yes, I am not disagreeing a few PS2 games are playable, but most are inaccessible and have serious accessibility issues. For example, the menus are not accessible, and only are if you have them memorised. It's not like our accessible games where the menu item or prompt is spoken. Most PS2 games have several different sound effects which give us vital hints and clues as to what has happened or is going on, but that is only good if you are aware of what that sound means in the scheme of things. Just some thoughts. Brandon armstrong wrote: hi tom, yes ps 2 games are acessible, i have a machine and play them all the time. Brandon ___ Gamers mailing list ..
