Re: [Audyssey] swamp and windows 7
Thanks for all the help Jeremy, followed the read me instructions and all is now up and running fine, so an evening of shooting zombies looks like its on the cards for me. Thanks again for the help -Original Message- From: gamers-boun...@audyssey.org [mailto:gamers-boun...@audyssey.org] On Behalf Of Jeremy Kaldobsky Sent: 26 September 2012 01:24 To: Gamers Discussion list Subject: Re: [Audyssey] swamp and windows 7 >From the debuglog file it does appear that the registering of dx7vb.dll did not work. The batch files are more convenient but every now and then someone tells me that they didn't work for them. In those cases I recommend that you just follow the registration steps in the readme.txt file and it should work. Assuming you remember to run the command prompt using the "Run as Administrator", it should work just fine. --- On Tue, 9/25/12, Paul Lemm wrote: > From: Paul Lemm > Subject: Re: [Audyssey] swamp and windows 7 > To: "'Gamers Discussion list'" > Date: Tuesday, September 25, 2012, 5:25 PM Hi, > > Thanks for the reply, the debug file contents are below: > > Starting program > Loading JAWS Api > Creating DirectSound... > error in load: ActiveX component can't create object > > > any help much appreciated --- Gamers mailing list __ Gamers@audyssey.org If you want to leave the list, send E-mail to gamers-unsubscr...@audyssey.org. [Audyssey] Street Wrestler
Hi, Can someone explain to me how this game works? Like how to punch, ick, and all that? There's no instructions/tutorials. I can't even get off the main menu. There's music that plays, and it won't stop and there is no options on the screen. Not with voiceover anyways. Thanks for your help. [Audyssey] zompocalypse bare metal
Hi. after playing the game for several hours using all the stratogies, jumping, not jumping, etc I decided to see how long I can go and see what I am made of s p o i l e r Knowing when to jump is good, though major spoiler for the boss. He is strong but not fast. his attacks drain you quickly. However between his attack you have a chance. surprisingly enough your rake is the fastest weapon against most zombies. swarms are your only danger. jumping left and right will help but make sure you know what you have left standing. the boss is good but does not jump out the way. you can avoid his attacks and with the handgun shoot from a distance. your shotgun is to slow and the machine gun is ok but no really satisfying. Your handgun is good but you are going at almost the same speed as him. your rake is weak but will drain the boss more quickly than he can drain you as long as you have it going as fast as you can go. note if enough monsters swarm you the system will slow right down till you kill them, mine is a core2 with 2gb ram. I'd imagine if you were swarmed with more than you could handle fully then things may die but as it is, I usually put em down before that happens. --- Gamers mailing list __ Gamers@audyssey.org If you want to leave the list, send E-mail to gamers-unsubscr...@audyssey.org.
