It's just like any other level, it starts out fast and slows down as you go 
along. Every time you use a command, win a battle, etc, you earn experience 
toward levelling up classes.
I'm pretty sure merchant gives you more money from defeated enemies and lets 
you sell items at a higher price depending on merchant level, and thief has 
skills that can steal items and money and probably others I haven't seen 
yet.

seems to level insanely fast, other times ridiculously slow
also, do you happen to know what the merchant and tief jobs actually
do in terms of gameplay?

Hi Jewel,

Hmmm, if you have run the setup.exe in my winkit.zip file and are not getting 
any error message or a message that no voices were found, the next thing that I 
would look at would be to make sure that your computer's default sapi5 voice is 
working.  Like Thomas said, it would be in the control panel and should be 
Microsoft Anna.

is there a site from 
which Ican download more sappi-compatible voices?
