Re: [Audyssey] Action games
Hi Charles, I tried the demo of "Shades of doom", but didn't really like it. I haven't tried the other two. Re: [Audyssey] Action games
As in a lot of the games, the demo only scratches the surface. Have you tried either Lone Wolf or Shades of Doom from www.gmagames.com yet? The demos are cool, and the full games are far better than the demos. Sarah and the Castle of Witchcraft and Wizardry, from www.pcsgames.net is also a good game with a good demo to try. --- Pretty is as pretty does - Original Message - From: "David Standen" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Gamers Discussion list" Sent: Saturday, August 09, 2008 2:43 AM Subject: [Audyssey] Action games > Hi Thomas, > I know exactly what you mean about becoming bored with that game. [Audyssey] Action games
Hi Thomas, I know exactly what you mean about becoming bored with that game. I must admit I am into games with more action, such as alien games Packman Talks Dynaman, and Super Deekout are cool as well. Playing the side scroller levels in Pipe 2 generated my interest in Super Liam, so I purchased the game a couple of nights ago after trying the demo. I can't wait to play the full version. Re: [Audyssey] Action Games Please?
Hi, There are quite a few action games for the blind that are accessible, but very few of them are free. Below is a list of games I personally enjoy with links to get more information about them. Keep in mind my list does include commercial games which means to unlock the demos you will need to buy a product key from the company that produced them. 1. Shades of Doom. This is a modern FPS game similar to the popular game doom, created by GMA Games, with 9 levels, and heart pounding excitement and adventure. To download a free demo visit: http://www.gmagames.com 2. Sarah And The Castle of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Become Sarah, a teenage witch, as she breaks into Hogworts and explores the Castle of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Along the way you will meat several characters from Harry Potter including the ghosts, Filtch the caretaker, and more. To download a demo visit: http://www.pcsgames.net 3. Aliens In the Outback. A modern clone of Space Invaders with a twist. Defend earth from hundreds of invading ships, robot landers, in Australia's outback. To download a demo visit: http://www.draconisEntertainment.com 4. GMA Tank Commander. Take command of a modern tank as you get to carry out lone and joint missions against an array of enemy tanks, helicopters, ammo trucks, and more. It is one of the best games out their for the blind. You can get a copy of the demo from: http://www.gmagames.com 5. Rail Racer. Far into the future after the worlds population has been blinded comes a new sport called rail racing. You get to drive your rail racer along tracks at speeds of 255 MPH, jump over jumps, take breath taking turns, take loops in the track, avoid hitting force fields, race against an artificial racer or race online with other gamers to see who is the champion rail racer. To grab the demo go to: http://www.blindadrenaline.com 6. Montezuma's Return formally Montezuma's Revenge. Five hundred years ago Emperor Montezuma left behind an underground fortress filled with gold, precious gems, and other treasures. You must explore 11 death-dealing levels filled with traps, skulls, spiders, and snakes to face off with the final battle battle between you and Montezuma's skull.
