[Audyssey] BPC Programs

2015-09-26 Thread Tobias Vinteus

Hi,
What's up with BPC Programs. The site seems to be down and i stumbled
upon a tweet by munawar009 mensioning it having been shut down. Assuming
munawar009 is identical to Munawar Bijani, then I suppose we've seen the
sad demise of a great developer. Let's pray it isn't the case!

Re: [Audyssey] BPC Programs

2015-09-26 Thread Ian Reed

Munawar's most recent post on audiogames.net was on September 10 and reads:
Quick status update. To let everyone know, I am still looking for
someone. Also please be aware this is a cash-only deal; it's not a trade.

end quote.

I don't believe he has transferred the game to anyone, but is rather
still looking for an interested party.

On the second of September he wrote:
Hi Everyone,
Due to many things, I no longer have the time to dedicate to TDV. I am
looking for someone who is willing to take over the project. I will sell
the rights to them and they will have access to the databases, TDV
source code, licensing system, website source, and the Linode server if
Linode can arrange a transfer.

The buyer will also have access to the multiplayer server.
Anyone who wants to talk about it should know that they need to be
familiar with .NET, particularly C#. I use ASP.NET for parts of the
website but the rest is written in PHP. TDV itself is written in C#.NET.
If interested, please Email me by sending a forum mail or by replying to
this topic and I will get in touch with you.

end quote.

[Audyssey] BPC Programs is Back Up

2014-05-02 Thread Thomas Ward
Hi all,

I just wanted to make a quick announcement that BPC Programs' site is
back up and running again. For those of you who reported problems a
few days back it seems the site is now back up and running and you can
once again go ahead and download all of their games.

Cheers!

[Audyssey] BPC Programs updates?

2013-01-19 Thread Milos Przic
Hello,
I see on the updates section on the audiogames.net that something is added
about the PBC Games, Treasure Hunt, Tournament and TDV, as belove the links it
is written that they are updated on January 19th. On Munawar's site I can't
find anything new, so please, what happens?
Thanks!

Re: [Audyssey] BPC Programs updates?

2013-01-19 Thread dark

Hello milo.

Remember, that updates list just shows you the most recents pages to have
been modified, it doesn't actually tell you what the modifications are, so
even if it was just a typo fix, it'd still appear there.

For a more complete list of changes I recommend you keep checking the site
news, since every so often (when I have enough changes to report), I post a
full changelog of what exactly has been done to the site, new pages,
modifications of old ones etc.

In the case of the bpc games for instance, it was just that their links were
incorrect, presumably because bpc modified their site after the pages were
created, so I went and located the new links and updated them.

hth.

All the best,

Dark.

Actually Dark I think you spelled it right. I suppose I could go ahead and
request a new key for Treasure Hunt. He did say once that I didn't have to
pay for that. I'm kinda leery about that though. I hate how long it takes to
load and save games, and last time I played it I beat it in under an hour.

 Hello Liz.

bpc are deffinately stil going, in fact Munawar bijani (who's name I'm
probably horribly misspelling), is working on a new game.

I was going to try out treasurehunt again myself, and tournament
 (sinse
i now have scansoft daniel and the game might therefore be more fun), but
 I
also noticed today that the links to download the files weren't working.

I'll try again tomorrow, but if they're stil playing up, I suggest
 E-mailin
Munawar about the problem (I certainly will).

Btw, before buying a second license, I'd suggest you ask Munawar if he
 could
provide you with a new key for the game, especially if you've got some
 kind
of proof of perchice for the old title (like a copy of your old reg key).

 hth.

quick blast through the game, even though I've finished them all on
 several
 occasions.

Th is in my ossilations list, I've tried the demo several times and the
 game
is interesting, but I seem to get killed and lost a heck of a lot. I am
inclined at the moment to just see about buying it anyway though.

My ossilations list are games that I have made no final decision yet on
buying or not buying. Also on the list are Packman talks and Esp pinball
classic, - which i uninstalled very quickly after a runtime error
message and never got to try. I think it's been debugulated though, so
 I'll
try the demo on my laptop at some point and give the game some
 considderation.

 Beware the Grue!

 Dark.

Re: [Audyssey] BPC Programs

2008-02-10 Thread Dark
well, I'm a big fan of Pbx and the party pack, and look forward to
future packs they mentioned. I think it was just a bad day, and I couldn't
be bothered mucking about with runtime errors, so iuninstalled it, and
unfortunately it's one of those one time only things.

sinse doing the audio games.net posting, I sort of feel it's my job to try
all audio games anyway so as to give a fair opinion, - though sinse I
was following this philosophy before Richard gave me the job it probably
doesn't make too much difference anyway, and at least this way I was able to
try some games that I might not normally have considdered, - such as
railracer.

Btw, yes Bryan, a 1.2 walkthrough of shades would be nice, in fact on
the subject of walkthroughs, there are several things that could be done,
Sarah, Th, trophies in Jd etc.

If I can ever sort out the sterrio and voice recording business, I might
well considder doing some audio ones myself.

Beware the Grue!

Dark.

[Audyssey] BPC Programs

2008-02-09 Thread Liz Wade
Hi:

Do any of you know the status of BPC Programs and their game treasure hunt?
I recently purchased a new computer and as I can not seem to use my old
license I was hoping to purchase a new one; however, the links to download
the game do not seem to work.

Thanks in advance.

Regards, Liz Wade
