I have a pretty specific setup because of all the add-ons and flight control system I have. I do not use the push to talk key, and all the other settings are basically dependent on what add-ons I have installed. With FSX in focus, and iyp having said captain, it's your plane. Say "Open options Panel". When the options panel is in view--NVDA will say IYP options, hit alt-U. One of two things could be the problem from the sound of it. Check to make sure you have installed FSIUPC. Also, you must have FSX running with a plane parked at a gate or ramp. Also, check to make sure that you have an internet connection. All of the above could be the reason IYP is doing that.
