Hi ian.
Party composition is a major part of the game, in particular thinking about
elemental weaknesses, also creatures appear by area not by level so you
might not find wild versions of some of them at higher levels, though
whether you want to try and complete your manadex with all the creatures is
up to you.
As to the first stadium, your opponents will be level 12-15, and mostly of
sound type, so you probably need to consider some good counters to that and
take along some healing items, in particular items that heal sleep.
The trainer's last manamon is particularly tough and is a mix of plant,
water and sound so bare that in mind.
hth. As I said there aren't really precise instructions as in "you should
have this manamon at this level", since forming a party is all part of the
gameplay and depends upon who you have and what you want to level.

Subject: [Audyssey] Manimon advice.
Hi all,
just getting in to this game and looking for a little advice. Is it better
to catch creatures at level two or three along with my starter or is it
better to wait until i am fighting higher level creatures and catch them
them. Also by the time i get to the stadium, I take it it is better to
have a full party of six, if so what combination is best and also what
levels should they be at?
thanks and love the game so far. had a couple of practice games to get use
to it but now ready to start proper. Also is Leafox the best one to start
with, personally i’ve had more success with Flammia and Aquaff.
