Hi, has the game actually started up, when you hit enter on the game it comes up with a blank screen for some reason, but hitting enter a second time should play a magical ding sound then you should hear the pcs games and Draconis logo music, then it should take you to the main menu with Sarah's voice. If you're hearing nothing, then try going into run as admin while hovering over the Sarah game icon.
