Hi, I'm not sure what you mean by levels, but there are several campaign maps in Beta 10 you can use for single or multi-player campaigns. If you are playing as a single user no you don't have to be connected to the internet. Instead of playing against people you are playing with an A.I. driven enemy army. Cheers.
