Trofies are collected for all games that support them by doing certain things. It can be to execute a certain amount of combos in fighting games or finishing levels or missions etc. Almost all the games have them and I think sony said that all the new games now have to have the trophy support. In ps3 you can also compare your trophies in games to other's tropies of people in your ps3 contacts. It is a pretty neat feature. The individual games award trophies for certain set accomplishments during a game. It can be to execute a certain amount of combos in fighting games or finishing levels or missions etc. Almost all the games have them and I think sony said that all the new games now have to have the trophy support. In ps3 you can also compare your trophies in games to other's tropies of people in your ps3 contacts. It is a pretty neat feature. Hey guys, I found a site that basically allows you to create a trophy card which everyone can then view online. It shows all the trophies your account has earned. unlike psn, there's no need to login, so it can be shared with everyone. It's so totally neat. it's also impossible to cheat in case you were wondering. data is retrieved directly from the playstation network. Check it out here. http://ps3trophycard.com/ If you guys want to view my trophies, you can append /profile/killer_beast_56 to the end of that URL. it's also possible to view the total trophies you have earned for example 40 bronze, 30 plats etc, but unfortunately that's represented as a graphic and we can't use it. I urge everyone to contact them (their email address is at the bottom of the page) and let them know to make it accessible as this can be a great tool for us.
