Its hard even on the dos games. I do think though that the aliens on the windows one are just a bit to hard, you can almost never kill one or evade on for that matter. West two times, north one time, east three times, south three times, west one time, north one time, west one time, south one time, west two times, north one time, east one time, north one time, east one time. A predefined path don't always work on all asteroids. Sometimes you have barriers, and I have the impression that sometimes you can't go back to your ship... If it's the game I'm thinking of, it was called Mission to Mars, and was written by Richard Destino, although I'm probably blowing the spelling of his last name.
