i really hate the builtin speech
and I forget to say
sapi will not work
if i try the game switch to builtin speech too

Its probably not a good idea to use jaws with sod, because of its keyhooks.
You'll end up getting laggy responses, especially on the arrow keys.
My advice would be to either use sapi or builtin speech, and turn off jaws
as you would any other game.
