I know that all of our titles, available at www.valiantgalaxy.com use a turn based system. The Tactical battle game also uses turn based battle sequences. There's several more, have you tried googling audiogames.net+turn-based+combat? Thanks for the info! Let me be more clear on what I am looking for. I realize that I was not really clear on my original post. I am looking for games were you walk around and when you get into battle the battle is turnbase.
