I wasn't going to say anything, but had to from a learning how to program better game developer type standpoint. I had a feeling that Ivan wasn't telling the truth, don't know what it was, but it just didn't seem right to me. I have never played Super Lium, but have heard that it is a great game. I know that I haven't contributed any games yet, but have a few free ones in the works, just to give me practice programming audio games and trying to perfect my menus in the programs, which I think I have done. I really appreciate the AgDev-Newbies list, cause they have helped me out tremendously with various aspects of my programming games. Anyways, what upsets me is people out there actually trying to learn programming so that they can develop games for us, and then some people come along and steal ideas, and try to steal code. I know from experience, when you cheat like that, you are only cheating yourself in the long run, it is wrong to do stuff like that. Writing programs isn't easy work for most people, and alot of work goes into even the small free games, let alone the major development projects such as Railracer, Monty, and Super Liam. I don't know about major products, cause I have yet to write one, but from the little projects that I have written for school, they aren't easy, and I, frankly, am disappointed in the actions of Ivan. Anyways there is my 1 1/2 cents worth. BEAN
