Yes the unpickable headless hats are buggy.
I have already sprayed them with bug repellent and plan to release the patch
with oodles of changes very soon.
I will be listing the changes when the patch is done.

I was just wondering. In sarah, I often run in to a Headless Hat that I
cannot seem to pick up by any means whatsoever. Is this a bug or am I just
missing something about getting these hats. there is currently one on
Level
four that I just can't grab.
