Hello, I have stopped playing because it seems like the only way to get a really good character is to spend lots of money donating to get ag tokens. I also didnt like the difference in what the top 8 got as prizes in the tournament of arms compared to the rest of us. I came in 13th place and only got 32 ag tokens, 4092 exp and some gold. there is not much you can really do with that amount of ag tokens and exp. The hilt and blade of this powerful sword are jet black. This weapon is of magical quality. Pretty insane. And apparently there are going to be two pieces of armor following that up. On a side note, how's everyone doing in the tournament of illusion? I'm having fun with it myself, the challenges are original and unexpectedly (for me anyway,) fun. The ninth round was entertaining, but I think my favorite round so far is the one with the cat men. I can't remember who, but somebody posted the stats of a really nice sword they found in their dwelling. It was called the Eclipse Blade or something like that. Sryth really isn't about having a good character, its more about the plots and the storylines. Sadly for some stupid reason the GM seems to have taken a liking to contests lately, hopefully he'll drop back into what makes the game fun soon. Hey As for the tournaments and AG tokens I'd have to agree with you. Naturally if you have lots of tokens you can buy some super equip, I have an item or two but have earned the tokens during the game. I was taken out I think it was in round 3 of the tourney. Hoping the ring of Illusion is better. What I'm not thrilled with is the island with that steel door, having to get your skills or powers to 70 isn't easy when you need about four thousand xp for one level. Though to some extent at least the cemetary and the ruins help out. I've no idea what else I can do to get more xp at this time. It's probably in one of the dwellings that were awarded as prizes in the Festival of Blades. I put in for the raffle at the Tournament of Illusion even though the best of those swords is slightly weaker than what I'm currently using. I've got my eye on one of the amulets at Tallys', but it costs quite a few tokens, which I'd be able to get if I traded in my Dragongem Longsword. But I'll only do that if I can be certain of a weapon almost as good. I'm not sure what I posted last time, but in adition to the item storage chamber, treasury, and personal dungeon, we now have a fence that we can sell our items at for the best price in the game, it tops out at 7500 but it also gives good prices on things lower, for example, exceptional quality weapons and armor go for something like 1125 gold rather than 725 in most places. The Game Master has finally started putting special items in. He put in the elixir of major healing a while back, which in effect gives us another quickstone use per day. And today or yesterday he started putting in the special weapons. There's a list of them on the forums, but here's mine: The Blade Of Eventide - - - - - - * Class: Weapon, Slashing * Enc: 4 * Quality: Magical * Power: Devastating Slash * Melee Rating: +30, or +35 vs. Undead, or +40 vs. Dragons * Agility: +1 * Aura: +1 - - - - - - This enchanted longsword has, for centuries, belonged to the owner of Blacklake Keep. The hilt and blade of this powerful sword are jet black. This weapon is of magical quality. Pretty insane. And apparently there are going to be two pieces of armor following that up. On a side note, how's everyone doing in the tournament of illusion? I'm having fun with it myself, the challenges are original and unexpectedly (for me anyway,) fun. The ninth round was entertaining, but I think my favorite round so far is the one with the cat men. Honestly gold for tokens would be awesome if the GM would put it in. Then there'd be more ways to earn tokens than breaking the bank, haha. Which I've only done like, once. Which is pretty sad, but oh well. Either way its not really that great being on top anyway, it takes almost all of the challenge out of the game since I now have 158 melee and 173 stamina. As you can imagine the game isn't meant for people with scores that high, the only reason I donated so much was to motivate the GM to release more sanarios. Unfortunately all it did was make him go into a contest phase, haha. I will admit the blade of Eventide is pretty cool, and I'm liking my dwelling so far.
