From google searches, these issues should be resolved with new versions of rrdtool (not sure about libart though). I've tried enabling debug in the webfrontend to try to identify which image was causing the warning messages with no luck. I cannot consistently reproduce it and it seems spurious. Note I'm running on CentOS 4.x and rrdtool-1.2.26. I mention this as it may be rrdtool version dependent.
