[Bug fortran/38060] New: gfortran code generation error using -03 that is removed when using -O2

I have been using the last gfortran trunk snapshot (Nov 7, 2008), from
www.equation.com.

My matrix code is unable to converge using the -O3 flag.  Unfortunately I can't
send the code so this is likely not very useful except for me to say that the
code generated through using -O3 did not work while using -O2 did work.

And they will just say that they built from the trunk on that date.

If I run across the compiler error without compiling over a MB of code; I'll
send it.  Otherwise we'll both just have to live with it.
