It is an error to assign or copy a const auto_ptr. g++ should refuse to compile
the following code:

"bug.cpp":
#include <memory>
int main()
{
        class A
        {
                const std::auto_ptr<int> a;
        };
        A a;
}

Compiled with:
g++ bug.cpp
