x86 SSE3 built-in function v2df __builtin_ia32_movddup(v2df) has disappeared
with 4.9 releases.

Also, as of 5.4 release (MinGW) another function - __builtin_ia32_loadss() - is
still in manuals but the compiler does not recognize it.
