dyld: Library not loaded: /usr/local/lib/libmpfr.1.dylib
  Referenced from: /usr/local/libexec/gcc/x86_64-apple-darwin10.2.0/4.5.0/f951
  Reason: Incompatible library version: f951 requires version 4.0.0 or later,
but libmpfr.1.dylib provides version 3.0.0

And what's so difficult about this? Update mpfr and go?!

Besides, you seem to mix 3 versions, 4.0, 4.2.1 and 4.5.0 - get yourself
sorted.
