Thanks, Debian syncs the branch fixes from time to time,
last time was up to
   * Update to git 20230913 from the gcc-13 branch.

Since debian backported patches and not using the 13 branch, this is a bug in
debian sources only.

Anyways it was introduced by:
Address stack protector and stack clash protection weaknesses
   on AArch64

You need r13-7827-g4bb1ae3c13ce4fb72129229de66f5ffbcd45fe4c (PR 111411) also.
