Compiles OK with:

GNU C++14 (GCC) version 8.4.1 20210216 [releases/gcc-8 revision
c6513400d84:39c49bc104d:1f3a07da9b6bcfa4733750826746bd18ac6f20db]
(alpha-unknown-openbsd6.8)

built as a cross from x86_64-linux-gnu, and configured with:

--target=alpha-unknown-openbsd6.8

Please try to trigger the ICE with the x86_64 crosscompiler.
